First in a family of three establishments in Ayutthaya, the other two being called Jitvilai House and Jitvilai Apartment. This one is located conveniently for those who wish to stay in the center of the town, near the popular farang street or backpackers street (Soi Naresuan 1 and 2) where all the day and nighttime bustle take place.

It is also quite near the main markets downtown, especially to Chao Phrom market. Pasak river with its floating activities is just on the other side of the road. However, if you prefer to be near the Khmer ruins, bear in mind that the newly opened Jitvilai House is located at a walking distance from the Ayutthaya historic park.

Jitvilai Place represents a very interesting option in the area, as it offers hotel comfort and security at a competitive rate, even if compared to nearby guesthouses, especially on double rooms.

Jitvilai Place opened in 2003. It can accommodate up to 70 guests in 35 rooms. It is located on a busy road with much traffic, but separated from it by an internal parking lot. Still, if you care for silence, be sure to book a room in the back.

Staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. Ms. Peach, the owner’s daughter at the reception, speaks English well.
