George and Dragon pub and bar in Korat
361 Suranaree Road [mapsmarker marker=”22″] Picture of George and Dragon in 360 degrees: http://360.io/3KTymn George and Dragon is located in the heart of the city, near Tokyo hotel. It’s a English pub well known by the local expats (farang). They serve breakfast, western and Thai food.
Pool table (10 baht/game), giant screens playing sports, fish and chips, and English food. Great ambiance, good prices, friendly staff speaking English and Thai. It was first opened by Adrian around 2006. Later, it was owned and managed by Mam (Th) and Phil (UK). In 2010, they introduced a new menu with lasagna, fisherman pie, sandwiches, pizza, etc. In 2012, it was renovated by Simon with Phil. In 2013, Andy (UK) is now managing the place and has made some changes to the menu.
