Baiyoke is one of the most famous building in Bangkok. On the 81th floor, there is a buffer restaurant. You might have to reserve because it is a very popular place. Not only the view is amazing, but the food is quite good.
It cost 899 baht for the buffet. It opens at 17:30 and closes at 23:00. The buffet includes Japanese food, lamb, steaks, salad bar, everything but drinks are not included.
Some of the amazing view you can see from the restaurant. You can also go on the 84th Floor, the top floor, where there is a bar and you can see the view.
Here’s just an exemple of the Japanese section.

Baiyoke Restaurant is a Chinese-Thai restaurant in Nakhon Ratchasima (Korat), likely named after the famous Baiyoke Tower in Bangkok. Chinese-Thai restaurants are a cornerstone of provincial Thai dining, reflecting the Sino-Thai community’s influence on local cuisine.
What food is served at Chinese-Thai restaurants?
Chinese-Thai restaurants typically serve: khao man gai (Hainanese chicken rice), various stir-fries with oyster sauce, dim sum, barbecued pork (mu daeng), various noodle soups, and braised dishes. The cuisine blends Chinese technique with Thai-adapted ingredients.
Is dim sum available in Thai provincial cities?
Yes — Chinese-Thai restaurants and dedicated dim sum establishments exist in most Thai provincial cities. Quality varies; the best are typically long-running family establishments near the morning market. Weekend dim sum is a popular family outing in Thai cities with Chinese communities.
What is khao man gai and why is it popular in Thailand?
Khao man gai (ข้าวมันไก่) is poached chicken served over rice cooked in chicken fat and broth, accompanied by ginger-garlic sauce and clear soup. Originating from Hainanese Chinese immigrants, it’s now one of Thailand’s most beloved comfort foods — available at street stalls and restaurants nationwide, typically 50–80 THB.
